I know that I’ve written about bloggerwave before as a way to get paid for blogging. Since I’ve been a member for quite a while now, it’s time to review them again.
Here’s what’s good about Bloggerwave: every pay out I’ve had with them has been $10. To me this is quite good as most other paid to post companies swing drastically. It’s nice to know that I’m going to be making a solid $10 every time I post. Their word counts are generally lower than other companies, though this can vary. They generally require only one link per post. They provide a bit of html to verify your word count and that you’ve posted rather than requiring you to jump through hoops. While their business and software is new enough to still have glitches, their response time is quick, and they’ve been completely polite and helpful with my issues- even going so far as to offer me a bonus for a difficulty I had with my account.
Here’s what’s bad: Few posting opportunities. I rarely see new opportunities arising, and so I’ve begun checking my account less and less. Though I like writing for them, I would like to be able to actually write. Still, when I signed up, I had a PR0, and it’s possible that when they update my account (as I’m now a PR2), that more opportunities will appear. Also, they’re based in Europe, and while some of the translation into English is adorable, it can take a little extra time to be certain of what you’re reading.
In summary- I very much like working with BloggerWave and absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting to make money from blogging. Don’t expect to get rich, of course, but they’re certainly worth your time.
