So, NaNoWriMo started yesterday, as did frustration filled violence related to slow and glitchy websites (namely, NaNoWriMo.org), and the inability to update wordcounts easily. But that’s cool.

I got 2306 words written yesterday, leaving me approximately 900 words behind where I should be today. And now? I’m writing this blog post as a form of procrastination. Soon, I’ll have to cook for tomorrow’s dinner, polish up an article for an ebook, and write a response email to a potential client. At which point, it will probably be bed time, and I’ll be able to curl up with a book that I’m reading for review purposes, and will have successfuly avoided working on my NaNo novel entirely for one day. Yay me!

If you want to see what’s done so far, or you’re in NaNo and want to enter the contest, just check out the blog I put up for the express purpose. I’ve gone through the introduction of Rabbitania, and am heading into Serial Scrubbers.
