Anyway, this week I’m giving away The Devil Wears Prada
To be completely honest, I hated both of these books, because the main character in both was a whiny beech with fashion issues. However, I know a lot of people love these books and gobble them up like candy- so I’m hoping that one (or more) of you falls into that category, and doesn’t already have them.

Also, you have to be willing to give me a mailing address that accepts packages. I hated both of these books
What a glowing endorsement. By the way don’t enter me in the contest, I just wanted to chime in.
Tee-hee. I just want people to know what they’re getting in to with the books I’m giving away. I hate shallow characters, and yet The Devil Wears Prada was a best seller even before the movie. Miss Snark actually liked it. So, it’s all a matter of taste. But if you like spending time with good people, you probably won’t like the protags. Although, I have to say, I loved the antagonists! Then again, my husband and I were giggling through all the Joker parts in Dark Knight.

I’ve always suspected that I would hate these, but if you’re giving them away then what the heck?

I’ve read “the devil wears prada” but I’ll admit I am totally up for the DVD and the “Everyone Worth Knowing” book. If I’m not mistaken, “Everyone…” is based loosely on the goings on at the beloved Sassy (RIP) magazine as well as the now defunct not-loved as much Jane magazine.

Grace- You’re in! Everyone was the result of being in a comic book store with hubby- I picked the best of the offerings. Devil, was because I wanted to see the movie, but wanted to read the book first. Hopefully you’ll enjoy them if won.

I’m not entering (cause I won last week’s) but just wanted to state that I did not like Devil Wears Prada either…in fact, I don’t think I even finished it! But I did like the movie…
Colleen- The movie wasn’t bad, but it was a bit low-key for me. Don’t worry, though, I’ve got more chick-lit coming up!
