Well, I’ve figured out how to get pictures off my phone, but I don’t have the software to do it (and I’m so not paying $25 just to load up one picture. If I figure out how to email it, I’ll post it later). So I’ll describe it instead.

On our first or second pit stop on the way down to Walt Disney World all of the stalls were empty so I just picked one. What’s the first thing I saw? Scrawled on the wall was “Jersey Girls = da best in ’08″. I laughed out loud (thank goodness the bathroom was empty) and whipped out my phone to take a picture. I’d meant to post it while we were at Disney, but, again, I couldn’t transfer the picture to my computer.

I composed several blogs a day while I was touring the parks, all of which I completely forgot by the time we got back to the hotel. Except for one thing. Travis- I thought of you as well. We stopped at Pinnochio’s Village Haus for Figaro Fries. For those of you who have not been to WDW, Figaro Fries are french fries that are topped with cheese sauce, bacon bits, diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce. Yup, you heard me. Lettuce. Which immediately made me think of Travis.

In fact, I began composing a song, though I only got as far as 4 lines.

To the tune of “Whiskey, You’re The Devil

Lettuce you’re the devil,
You’re leading me astray,
I’ll deal with Kale and Parsley
But send salad to its grave

That’s it. I’m considering downloading Whiskey, You’re The Devil and composing a full song. Hey, I could always post it on my celtic music site!

Aside from that, I’ve decided to let Nutty Squirrelbottom die on the vine. I think I’ll hang on to the domain (just cuz I like the name), but the blog itself is nothing but a drain. I’ve already paid for two years of hosting and blog service, so I’ll let it sit there as I already wrote a paid post on it. The whole idea was to make an interesting enough blog about cool products and then totally ho it out for paid posts. But really. It was just a pain. I think I’d rather write for AC than pimp out a blog that I don’t care about.

My “chatting” blog actually serves a purpose even though I rarely post on it, so I’m keeping that. Plus, it’s a free blog. But Nutty will go bye-bye. When it’s ready to die, I’ll probably re-post the interesting posts on my chatting blog.

How did you find my graffiti?

  2. *giggle* I thought something was up! You know, I actually seriously wondered if it was you for about 5 seconds. And then 5 seconds again periodically throughout the trip.

Man, I wish I could load that picture up to show you!

Sorry, I know I’m a few days late, but I just now spotted this. I feel privileged to have inspired a song. Give me enough whiskey and I just might commit to singing back up vocals.
