I’ve registered the domains, I bought a hosting package from HostGator. I intend to use WordPress (thanks for the recommendation Holly!) for VixenCrafts.

Here’s the problem.

Supposedly HostGator has transferred VixenCrafts to their hosting plan. But I don’t understand a bit of CPanel or worse- if I’m even supposed to start at CPanel. I can’t find information on whether I can use ads on WordPress if I host it myself. I don’t know how to set up the script or anything.

Eventually I can figure out anything, or get tech support to help me along. I just don’t like bothering them unless it’s absolutely necessary. I’m about to head off and work some more on this problem.

In the mean time, I’ve completed a few how to’s, and written down the rest of the ones I intend to start with (since I keep forgetting the ones that I haven’t done yet). I also bought a few more ornaments to decorate. Hopefully I’ll get to some of it tonight.

On the upside- I totally rock at making home made turkey corn noodle soup.
