Flipping through the On Demand selections that we have through Comcast, hubby and I came across a few classics. We sat, side by side, with hubby yelling “Fantasy Island!” and me yelling “The Monkees!”. Back and forth….
So tonight, I saw my first episode of Fantasy Island. Ok, I like it. It’s weird, but entertaining and has a few interesting twists. It also made my mind wander wondering what my fantasy would be.
After the episode was over, hubby decided that he had to see the Monkee mobile… I thought that meant I’d get to see the whole episode, but I was wrong. Still, after about 5 minutes of rewinding and hitting pause, hubby got the picture to pause on the right spot so he could actually see the car.
I, however, did the smart thing and googled it.
Would you believe that there’s an entire page devoted to this car? Probably more actually, but this one was quite interesting. It’s more of a fansite for on the car, than on the Monkees, but it’s all good.

Your On Demand has Fantasy Island? I am SO JEALOUS. I watched that and the Love Boat with my mom every Saturday.
Yup, Comcast sucks in many ways, but they do occasionally have a winner. Then again, I’m excited that I can watch Hannah Montana on On Demand.
