Remember how I said the website that I review for wants me to interview an author? Well, I was reading through the previously published interviews on the site to get a feel for the kind of questions they like. I came across this one and just started laughing. Maybe I shouldn’t admit it, but it actually took me a minute to realize why a “stallion named Betsy” was funny.

Anyway, the real reason that you should all go read this interview was the author’s response to “Ever had any unusual moments while performing research?”. Absolutely hilarious. It’s also a little less than half the page down if you want to skip right to it. I’ve never read her books (the author’s name is Brandilyn Collins) as they’re suspense, and I don’t do suspense (or thrillers, or horror), but if she ever branches out, I may have to give her a try.
